All passengers travelling to Dubai from any point of origin (GCC countries included) must hold a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate, taken no more than 48 hours before departure. There are specific requirements for visitors travelling from the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Argentina, Bangladesh, Burundi, Botswana, Cameroon, Chad, Colombia, Cote d’Ivoire, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq Lebanon, Lesotho ,Liberia, Mauritania, Mexico, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Nigeria, Russia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Zambia and Zimbabwe. NHS COVID‑19 test certificates for travel from the United Kingdom to Dubai will not be accepted.
The negative COVID-19 PCR test must either be a digital or printed certificate in English or Arabic. SMS certificates are NOT accepted.
